PYTHON STITCH is a purpose-engineered crack stitching and masonry reinforcement system designed for structural wall repairs, seismic retrofits, and heritage remedial and restoration projects. Combining high-tensile 316 stainless steel with a specialised thixotropic epoxy, PYTHON STITCH delivers superior tensile performance, faster installation, and long-term durability, making it a smarter, more cost-effective alternative to traditional methods.

WHY PYTHON STITCH?

Developed to overcome the limitations of traditional crack stitching, PYTHON STITCH achieves high strength with shorter embedment lengths, resulting in less surface preparation, dust, and time on site. It is faster, cost-effective, and more structurally sound compared to traditional masonry repair methods.

It’s the dependable choice for contractors, masonry repair specialists, bricklayers, and contractors working with existing buildings. Whether you’re repairing an old masonry wall or stabilising an earthquake-damaged building, PYTHON STITCH provides proven strength, effortless installation, and durability you can trust. Whether you're stabilising earthquake-damaged buildings or reinforcing ageing masonry, PYTHON STITCH delivers strength, simplicity, and long-term peace of mind.

  • Crack stitching repair

  • Wall reinforcement

  • Lintel and arch repair

  • Chimney and parapet strengthening

  • Seismic retrofitting of walls

  • Reinforcement of corners and wall junctions

  • Heritage building restoration

  • Bed-joint reinforcement for both in-plane and out-of-plane strengthening.

FEATURES

  • Shorter Length: Less surface prep, less dust, and faster installation, reducing time on site and keeping projects moving.

  • Smarter for Installers: No on-site mixing, no wasted bonding mix for small jobs, and no cumbersome application process, saving you labour, materials, and cleanup time.

  • 100-Year Design Life: Built to last with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel.

  • Seismically Tested: Independently and extensively tested to meet performance criteria aligned with BS EN 845-1.

  • Thixotropic Epoxy: Vertical and overhead application made easy with no sag or drip.

  • Adaptable Design: Follows irregular crack patterns and complex wall geometries.
